Project inquiries
When you submit a project inquiry or meeting request, your details are sent to Velqra and stored in its private owner inbox so we can review your request and respond. You must agree to this handling before submitting. You can instead email saimmalik6166@gmail.com directly through your own email provider. Email draft tools do not send a message until you send it.
The inquiry form asks for your name, business email, company, service requirements, project description, and optional budget. When email delivery is configured, these details may also be sent to Velqra’s configured inquiry recipient using the configured email provider. Meeting requests include your preferred date, time, and time zone. No payment or calendar access is requested. Do not include passwords, payment details, or confidential personal information.
Delivery and storage
Project inquiries and meeting requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. Only the authenticated Velqra owner can read or manage them. The owner may add private follow-up notes. Requests are retained for 180 days; expired records are removed during the next submission or inbox refresh. The owner can delete records earlier. Ask us by email to access or delete information you provided. Messages you send by email may remain in the recipient’s mailbox under its retention policies.
Security and abuse prevention
Submissions are checked on the server with validation, an automated-submission trap, request-size limits, origin checks, and submission limits. Temporary hashed abuse-control keys are derived from email addresses and the hosting-supplied IP address where available; raw IP addresses are not stored in the inbox database. These keys expire after at most two hours and are removed during the next submission or inbox refresh. When Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, its challenge is verified before accepting requests. Receipt is shown only after the request is stored. Automatic email notifications are currently disabled. A meeting request is not an instant booking; details are agreed separately by email.
Analytics and cookies
Optional first-party analytics starts only after you select “Allow analytics”. You can decline or change your choice through Privacy settings. We record visited page paths, external referrer hostnames, device categories, approximate country supplied by hosting, contact clicks, draft preparation, and performance measurements. We do not store IP addresses, email addresses, or form contents in analytics. Reporting covers the last 90 days; older records are removed when new activity is recorded. A temporary browser-tab identifier groups activity into visits; it does not identify you across devices. Your preference is stored on your device.
When automatic inquiry delivery is configured, consenting visitors’ accepted submissions are counted without retaining their form contents in analytics. Preparing an email draft does not mean an email was sent. Dashboard access uses ChatGPT sign-in and is restricted to the owner. The hosting platform may use authentication cookies and retain operational request logs independently of these analytics preferences. Interactive previews use temporary state.
